Terms and Conditions of Sale:

1. Net 30 days on established credit.  A service charge of 1 1/2% per month (equivalent to an annual percentage rate of 18%) will be made on accounts 30 days past due.

2. All prices in US dollars

3. All prices FOB shipping point

4. All orders are subject to pro-rate delivery in case of partial or total crop failure.

5. All prices and terms are subject to change without notice.

6. Minimum order: $100.00 per invoice.
